Shipping Policy
All our thobes are made to measure with care and precision. Local orders are typically delivered within one week, while international orders may take up to two weeks, depending on location and customs clearance. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Return and Insurance Policy
As each thobe is custom-made to your measurements, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. However, we provide an optional £10 Size Assurance Insurance at checkout. This ensures that if your thobe does not fit correctly, we will work with you to adjust your measurements and send a replacement thobe free of charge.
